BrideCo members Maintain a professional and courteous working environment for both clients and employees
BrideCo members Retail designer dresses from reputable sources at all times.
Members will stock and maintain inventory from at least 2 recognised design houses.
BrideCo members will not retail or wholesale fake gowns whether via their store or via an online platform or have any association with any business that operates a counterfeiting operation.
All clients to have received a plain English set of Terms and Conditions that comply with current UK legislation, and at all times to act within the applicable laws of UK.
Make all endeavours to ensure a bride is fully covered by BrideCo insurance, ensuring they are made aware of the scheme and told how to activate the cover.
Resolve customer service issues in a timely fashion, ensuring all parties are kept up-to-date with progress. All customer service issues should be recorded in writing, and a time frame of no more than 30 days should be deemed a reasonable time scale to resolve.
Maintain confidentiality when required to do so and comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Not discriminate against any person because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race (including colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins), religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
Not do anything or omit to do anything which is prejudicial to the interests of BrideCo or could bring BrideCo into disrepute.
